What kind of photo works best?
Use a photo where the pet’s face is visible and the subject is not too small in the frame.
Can I include more than one pet?
The MVP assumes one pet per generated artwork.
Generation and credits
How many credits does one generation use?
Each image generation uses 10 credits.
Is trial quality lower than paid quality?
No. Trial and paid generations use the same quality.
Shipping and cancellation
Can I cancel after ordering?
Cancellation may be possible before the print job starts, but not after production has begun.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout because rates depend on destination.
Share URLs
Does sharing reveal the original photo?
No. Only the generated artwork is shown on the public share page.
Can I hide my pet name?
Yes. The share settings are designed to support showing or hiding the pet name.
